Vladimir Lisin
Vladimir Sergeyevich Lisin (born 7 May 1956) is a Russian businessman who is the chairman and majority shareholder of Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), one of Russia's largest steel producers. He began his career as an electrical fitter in a Siberian coal mine and later trained as a metallurgical engineer before acquiring his stake in NLMK. He also holds interests in port and logistics operations, with his fortune estimated at approximately $21 billion.
