Wendy Schmidt
Wendy Schmidt is an American philanthropist and investor known for her work on clean energy, ocean health, regenerative agriculture, and scientific research. In 2006 she and her husband, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, co-founded the Schmidt Family Foundation, where she serves as president and directs its grantmaking and impact-investing programs, including the 11th Hour Project. She also co-founded the Schmidt Ocean Institute and the sustainability organization 11th Hour Racing, and her fortune is estimated at around $25 billion.
